Service Unavailable Error
If only you are seeing it:
- Clear browser cache.
- Open
Create New Showand test if it loads. - Log out and back in.
Preview Not Matching Expected Template
- Save the page.
- Re-open and click Preview.
- Replace URL path with expected template pattern.
Broken PDF Link After Upload
Cause: Asset may have been re-saved and URL changed.
Fix:
- Open asset record.
- Copy current
File LocationURL. - Replace broken link in content.
- Re-test link.
Missing Show In Search
- Enable
Show past showsin filters. - Re-run search.
Ticketing Button Appears Incorrectly
- Verify single-date vs multi-date setup.
- Single-date: button URL in Ticketing tab.
- Multi-date: first URL in Basics, date-specific URLs in Dates tab.
Image Not Correct On Mobile
- Open image asset manager after initial save.
- Upload alternate mobile image.
- Re-test on mobile viewport.
